Ms. Dorothy M Robson (Principal Scientist/Owner) founded the company in 2012 as a company to help customers find an Inspector that does not do remediation. We are determined to provide accurate information for you whether it requires remediation or not and provide you with recommendations that are specific to your needs.
DRH has over 15 years experience performing indoor water intrusion/mold assessments, which include air sampling, water intrusion evaluations for contaminants such as mold, fungus, and bacteria. Provide corrective action procedures for mold problems, supervision over microbial remediation, and post remediation assessments. DRH has also conducted asbestos inspections and lead base paint inspections. DRH collects samples for laboratory analysis and reports the results.
DRH has over 17 years conducting Environmental Site Assessments, which include site inspections, review of public records, historical research, prepared and reviewed reports.
DRH also has over 17 years conducting NEPA Assessments, which included site inspections, historical national registry assessments, limited biological and ecological assessments, and prepared limited NEPA Checklist reports. Sites included are telecommunication facilities, HUD buildings, and military training facilities.
